Since 2014, Pangea Money Transfer’s Brand Ambassador team has made its way across the Chicagoland area and beyond to introduce people to the Pangea Money Transfer app.

Our Brand Ambassadors are experts at using our mobile transfer app to help you with your most important transaction—sending an online transfer to your loved ones in Mexico, Guatemala, Colombia, El Salvador, and the Dominican Republic.

Pangea’s Brand Ambassador team has been able to connect with and educate thousands on how to use the Pangea Money Transfer app, thanks to grassroots events such as Done Deal’s Feria del Tamal and Univision’s Familia y Hogar Expo. The team also regularly attends church retreats and makes weekly visits to local business corridors, such as Little Village’s 26th Street corridor and the Swap-O-Rama flea market.

But our engagement efforts are not merely about helping you make your first transfer with Pangea. It’s also an important part of Pangea’s mission and vision to help bring immigrant communities closer to technology to make better financial decisions.

That’s why, along with showing people how to use our app to transfer money, our Brand Ambassador team takes the technology education further. We’ve helped educate members of the community on how to make the best use of their smartphones—showing them how to create emails, connect to WiFi, make updates to their phones, and more.
