Why?	Financial companies choose how they share your personal information. Federal law gives consumers the right to limit some but not all sharing. Federal law also requires us to tell you how we collect, share, and protect your personal information. Please read this notice carefully to understand what we do.
What?	The types of personal information we collect and share depends on the product or service you have with us. When you are no longer our customer, we continue to share your information as described in this notice. However, you can contact us at any time to limit our sharing.
To limit direct marketing contact	Direct marketing opt-outs are handled for each marketing channel as follows: Email unsubscribes come when users click an unsubscribe link received in a marketing email. SMS opt out requests come when a user replies with the keyword STOP to our Marketing Shortcode number 68548. Push Notifications (aka app notifications) opt-in / opt-out preferences are managed in each user's mobile phone settings. Instant Message opt out requests come when a user replies STOP to Pangea's account via the third-party instant messaging application and selects the relevant option. Pangea does not engage in direct marketing via mail or outbound calls. Even if you limit direct marketing, we may still contact you to service your account or as otherwise allowed by law.

Definitions
Affiliates	Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. Our affiliates are companies under the corporate umbrella of Enova International, Inc.
Nonaffiliates	Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. Nonaffiliates we share with can include lenders, banks, marketing companies, and other service providers.
Joint marketing	A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you. Our joint marketing partners can include lenders, banks, non-banking financial institutions, marketing providers, and other service providers.
